At Fields Grandeur Management, we provide stable, supportive housing for individuals seeking a fresh start—whether they are transitioning from homelessness, recovery, institutional care, or housing instability. We partner with families, social workers, and nonprofit agencies to ensure residents can access housing regardless of their financial limitations.
Who Is Eligible?

To ensure housing is accessible, we accept rent payments from:

Step 2: Provide Supporting Documentation
After submitting your pre-application, please gather and submit the following documents:

Community Guidelines
At Fields Grandeur Management, we are committed to creating a community where every resident can thrive with dignity, autonomy, and mutual respect. These guidelines are established to ensure a harmonious living environment that supports the well-being and independence of all residents.
1. Respect and Inclusivity
Treat all residents, staff, and visitors with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Discrimination, harassment, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
Embrace the diversity of our community, including differences in race, gender, age, ability, religion, and background.
2. Safety and Security
Maintain a secure environment by keeping personal living spaces and common areas clean and free from hazards.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to staff promptly.
Unauthorized weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited on the premises.
3. Substance Use Policy
Our community supports a substance-free lifestyle to promote health and recovery.
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or alcohol on the property is prohibited.
Residents are encouraged to engage in recovery support services as needed.
4. Quiet Hours and Noise Control
Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to respect the rest and privacy of all residents.
Keep noise levels, including music and conversations, at a considerate volume at all times.
5. Visitors and Guests
Visitors are welcome during designated hours and must adhere to all community guidelines.
Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from management.
6. Shared Spaces
Use common areas respectfully and leave them clean for others to enjoy.
Personal belongings should not be left unattended in shared spaces.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to staff promptly.
7. Participation and Engagement
Residents are encouraged to participate in community meetings, events, and programs.
Engagement fosters a supportive environment and aids in personal growth and community development.
8. Conflict Resolution
Address conflicts with others calmly and respectfully.
Seek assistance from staff for mediation or support when needed.
Violence or threats will result in immediate action, up to and including termination of residency.
9. Health and Wellness
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of living spaces.
Inform staff of any health concerns or needs for accommodations.
Participate in wellness checks and health-related programs as appropriate.
10. Compliance and Accountability
Adhere to all community guidelines and policies outlined in the resident agreement.
